Postnatal Doula Support

At-home, personalised support at any point during the postnatal period—practical, steady care shaped around what you need right now

"Alex showed up and just knew what needed doing, and she quietly lightened our load in a thousand thoughtful ways. Her practical help was exactly what we needed—making us cups of tea, cooking freezer meals, tackling the endless laundry, and changing bed sheets etc. But what stood out even more was the emotional support she brought. I didn’t realise how much I needed that until I had it."

Jess G, second time mum - twins.

Everyone deserves postnatal support.

Whether you’re exhausted, feeling anxious, juggling multiple challenges, or planning ahead, support in the weeks after birth can make a real difference. Research on continuous doula care across birth and the early postpartum period has shown links with more positive feelings about their early parenting experience and a higher likelihood of establishing and continuing breastfeeding. Many families find this support deeply valuable in those first weeks and months.

Support can look however you need it: practical help, emotional reassurance, a chat over tea, or simply having someone there who gets it and meets you where you are. I provide calm, flexible, non‑judgmental support, tailored to what you need in the moment—whether that’s before birth, in the early weeks, or any time until your baby turns one.
