Postnatal doula services

£20-£25 sliding scale per hour, minimum 3 hours per visit - Custom packages and flexible payment plan available

I support all kinds of families, at any stage from newborn up to 1 year postpartum. You might be reading this pregnant and planning your fourth trimester, or you could well be awake at 3am with a 4 month old hoping for some extra support. How postnatal support looks varies from family to family, and even visit to visit, get in touch for us to chat through how this looks for you!

 

A visit will include some or all of the below:

• Breastfeeding or bottle feeding support - however you choose to feed your baby

• Cooking tasty and nutritional vegetarian and plant based meals for the whole family

• Caring for baby so you can rest / shower / spend time with siblings

• Emotional support, I am here to hear you. We will always make time to chat through the perfect moments and the tough ones

• Light household tasks - Washing up, vacuuming, or putting a wash on etc

• Food shopping / other errands

• Batch cooking meals for the freezer

• Batch cooking baby or child friendly meals - Including weaning meals

• Baby care support

• Sibling support and care

• Focus on confidence building & trusting your instincts

• Share local relevant baby and support groups/clubs

• Share evidence based information to aid decision making where necessary

• Access to resources and signposting to relevant services​​​​​​ or specialists
