Postnatal Doula Support
"Alex showed up and just knew what needed doing, and she quietly lightened our load in a thousand thoughtful ways. Her practical help was exactly what we needed—making us cups of tea, cooking freezer meals, tackling the endless laundry, and changing bed sheets etc. But what stood out even more was the emotional support she brought. I didn’t realise how much I needed that until I had it."
Jess G, second time mum - twins.

Everyone deserves postnatal support.
Support in the weeks after birth makes a real difference. Research on continuous doula care across birth and the early postpartum period has shown links with more positive feelings about their early parenting experience and a higher likelihood of establishing and continuing breastfeeding.

I provide calm, flexible, non‑judgmental support, guided by what you need in the moment.
